Ganymede Storage

Consider implementing warm and cold storage similar to what we do at work.

Cold storage would be a backup to opendrive for anything older than a month or so old.

Warm storage is the 16TB hard drive in my server, where everything hangs out for awhile.

Consider allowing ganymede access to cold storage via an rclone mount.
