This is a place created for people to express themselves and how they feel, to be their true selves without worry of being judged. The rules and policies should reflect this. Encourage people to discuss without hate. Focus on why you feel a certain way and express that instead.

Moderation

In the beginning I will be running this myself, but I won't be able to do that forever. I will have to think of trusted friends who will share my values and ideals in maintaining this atmosphere.
